At Notal Care we consider it important to handle your personal data with care. In this privacy statement we inform you about our use of personal data, what rights you have and how you can exercise those rights.
Notal B.V. is located at Kapteynstraat 39 A, 2313 RL Leiden, the Netherlands, and is the controller for the processing of your personal data. You can contact us by sending an email to contact@lawdisk.nl.
How do we obtain your personal data?
We process personal data that you share with us, for example when you create an account or request information from us. We also sometimes receive personal data from our customers when they use our services. In that case, Notal Care is the processor and our customer is the controller. We conclude a data processing agreement with our customers to ensure that your data remains secure and confidential.

First name and surname, date of birth, gender
Address and place of residence, email address, telephone number
Login details such as username and password
Financial data (such as bank account number)

To keep your personal data secure and confidential, we take appropriate technical and organisational measures. Only authorised staff have access to your data, and it is stored in secure systems.
