Pilot

Piloting and implementing Notal Care in your organisation

One team, a fixed duration, agreed measures: use in the workflow, report quality, correction effort, perceived workload and attention in the session. This is how a pilot works.

Set-up

How a pilot works

  1. Beforehand

    Demo and agreements

Demo for board and management; measures and exit agreed in advance.

  2. Start

    One team

    Implementation and training.

  3. 4 weeks

    Pilot

The team works with Notal Care.

  4. Completion

    Evaluation and decision

We discuss the measures with the team. We describe time savings, correction effort and report quality separately. You then decide whether to scale up.

Measures

Agreed in advance, so the decision to scale up rests on data. We describe each outcome with the users, the tasks, the period and the method of measurement.

  • Use in the workflow

Is Notal Care being used, at which moments and by whom?

  • Report quality

Are negations, speakers and clinically essential wording retained? Is nothing added that was not said?

  • Correction effort

How much time and which corrections does a draft report require? We measure net time savings including checking work.

  • Perceived workload

What does the team notice in terms of administrative burden?

  • Perceived attention

How do clinicians experience attention and contact in the session?
