AI scribe for mental health care
An AI scribe turns the treatment session into a draft report. In Notal Care, the audio is converted to text and not stored; you read, edit and approve. The report is the starting point, not the goal.

In your organisation's format, short or detailed.
You read, edit and approve. Nothing enters the record without your approval.
Reports, diagnostics and case formulation stay linked per client.
A fluently written report is not proof that the session was properly understood. That is why you review the draft before approving it.
Negations and names. A missed "not" or a wrong name changes the meaning.
Who said what. With several speakers: are statements attributed correctly?
What has been omitted. A summary is selective. "Talking doesn't work at work; at home it does": is that contrast kept?
What has been added. A transcript is also an edit. Is there nothing in it that was not said?
No diagnosis. Notal Care does not make diagnoses or give treatment advice.
Client consent. No consent, no recording.
Information for clients
Medical device. Functions that support clinical judgement will only be offered after certification as a medical device (class IIa, expected Q3 2027).
Alongside the report, Notal Care keeps each client's course of treatment together: record building per phase, case formulation and an overview for lead practitioners.
Already using a scribe? What Notal Care adds
The audio is not. The transcript is.
Partly. The core for documentation and record building is not. The clinical modules are being certified as a class IIa medical device; they will become available after CE marking, expected in the third quarter of 2027.
