Our ambition goes beyond transcription. Notal Care helps organise information across sessions better, make patterns visible and support clinicians with context, continuity and reflection. This creates more room for direct client time and better collaboration within teams.
The team
Notal Care is built by a small team of developers, a mental health expert and entrepreneurs who know care from the inside.
Managing director
Sieger is co-founder and managing director of Notal Care. As a care entrepreneur he knows the daily reality of care organisations from the inside. He safeguards Notal Care's course: technology that relieves administrative pressure, so the clinician stays with the client.
Chief financial officer
Roy is co-founder of Notal Care and has ultimate financial responsibility. He oversees the financial course and operations, from planning and financing to compliance. In this way he ensures that Notal Care can grow sustainably and keep investing reliably in technology that relieves the clinician.
Strategy & clinical development
Vincent connects strategy and clinical practice. With his background as a mental health expert, he translates treatment practice into the further development of the product and Notal Care's course. This keeps every development clinically embedded, careful and workable, with the clinician always in charge.
Lead sales
Eric-Jan is the first point of contact for care organisations getting to know Notal Care. With a broad background in B2B software and in maintaining lasting partnerships, he takes a close look at each organisation's context and advises on how Notal Care can be embedded responsibly in the primary process. What drives him: not selling software, but thinking along with clinicians about solutions that reduce workload, so they can give more attention to the client, who deserves it.
Senior full stack developer
Ingmar is responsible for the platform's technical architecture. He builds infrastructure that is secure, stable and scalable — the foundation required for software used every day in clinical practice.
Mid-level full stack developer
Yoran develops the functionality clinicians work with every day, from front end to back end. He combines technical craftsmanship with an eye for usability, so the platform fits seamlessly into clinical practice.
Junior full stack developer
Duncan helps build new functionality and develop the platform further. His fresh perspective contributes to software that is not only solid, but also simple and intuitive to use.
AI developer
Ayush develops and refines the AI models that turn sessions into structured, reliable documentation. Quality, privacy and clinical care are always the starting point: AI that supports the clinician, never replaces them.
The question is not only which tasks AI can automate, but how AI can strengthen the infrastructure within which mental health care is organised.
